Live, Remote ADHD Coworking
Join me and dozens of other ADHD folks on my live ADHD coworking sessions.
Hang out, listen to music, and/or work alongside use. We use the Pomodoro Method + remote Body Doubling to have fun and get stuff done. The format is as follows: 25-minute focused work session > 5-minute break/chat.
